Glorvix (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an SEO and digital marketing agency that works with businesses in the United States, Australia and other countries. This policy covers Glorvix.com and the services we provide to clients and prospective clients.

Information we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiry and audit requests. When you complete a form on this website, we collect your name, email address, website address, phone number if you provide one, and the details of your message.
- Client account registration. When you register for a client account, we collect your name, work email, company and website, and we store a securely hashed password.
- Newsletter sign-ups. Your email address, when you subscribe.
- Guest post submissions. Your name, email, the content you submit and any author details you ask us to publish, as described on our write for us page.
- Client engagement information. During a project we receive business information, brand assets, account access and, in some cases, access to systems containing your own customers’ data.
- Correspondence. Emails, call notes and messages you exchange with our team.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data. Pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and the date and time of your visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Small files used to keep the site working and, where permitted, to measure how the site is used. See the cookies section below.
Information from other sources
Where you engage us, we may receive data from platforms you connect us to, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads or your CMS. We access those accounts to deliver the services you have asked for.
We do not deliberately collect sensitive information (such as health or biometric data), and we ask that you do not send it to us.
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and prepare your free SEO audit and proposal.
- Provide, manage and improve the services described on our services page.
- Operate client accounts, reporting dashboards and invoicing.

We aim to keep tracking on this website to a minimum:

Who we share information with

- Platforms you authorise, such as your advertising or analytics accounts, when we work inside them on your behalf.

- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- A successor organisation, if our business is ever restructured or sold, subject to this policy.
Where we handle personal data on behalf of a client, we act on that client’s instructions, and the client remains responsible as the controller of that data.
International transfers
We work with clients and providers in the United States, Australia and other countries, so your information may be stored or processed outside the country where you live. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard consistent with this policy and applicable law.
How long we keep information
- Enquiries that do not become projects: kept for a reasonable period so we can follow up, then deleted.
- Client records: kept for the length of the engagement and afterwards where needed for support, warranty and legal reasons.
- Financial records: kept for the period required by tax law.
- Newsletter subscriptions: kept until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: retained in aggregated or limited form.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, strong authentication on the systems we use, least-privilege access for our team, and secure password storage for client accounts. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take incidents seriously and will notify you and the relevant regulator where the law requires it.
Please protect your side too: use a strong, unique password for your client account, and never send passwords by email. We will never ask you for your password.
Your privacy rights
Australia
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and complain if you believe we have mishandled it. More information about your rights is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. If you are not satisfied with our response to a complaint, you can escalate it to the OAIC.
United States
Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access, correction or deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. California residents can read more about their rights from the California Attorney General. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Everyone
Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, object to certain processing or unsubscribe from marketing. Email hello@glorsvix.com from the address you use with us, and we will verify your identity before acting on the request. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and will tell you if we have to keep anything, for example invoices required for tax purposes.
Marketing emails
If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in to updates, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. We will still send transactional messages relating to an active project, such as reports, invoices and account notices.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
This website links to third-party sites, such as platform documentation and regulator guidance. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. When you follow a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies. See our disclaimer for more.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy as our services, technology or the law change. The current version is always published on this page, and where changes are significant we will tell active clients and subscribers directly.
